One Stop Order Processing |

The One Stop Order Processing Quick Setup Wizard can be used
to quickly set-up a new site ready for processing and printing orders. You are
prompted to run the wizard whenever a new site is created. You can run the Quick
Setup Wizard at any time by selecting the Quick Setup Wizard menu option
(under the File menu).
You are shown a series of pages providing the current information for the site.
You can enter more detailed information at any stage time by using the One Stop
Order Processing Options. To show the options select the Options menu
choice (under the Tools menu) or by clicking on the Options button (
)
The business details are used on the printed invoice and packing list. The
default invoices and packing lists contain macros for the information. See the
Company Details in the Options for more
information.
You can have the same printer for the Invoice and Packing List but if you are
using different stationery for each type or the Packing List is located in a
different location, e.g. the warehouse, you should use different printers. For
more information see the Printing Options.
If you are using a PPI Stamp on your invoice you can type in your cost centre and 1st or 2nd class and this will be placed on the label. You can also put your logo on the invoice. You can select a graphic file and this will be resized and formatted for the invoice.
If you are going to send you emails you can enter the email information. You
can test the settings but clicking on the Test button. You can enter
more detailed options in the Email Settings
which can be found in the Email options.
If you are going to use order tracking on your website you can enter the relevant
details here. You can enter more information in the Track
Online options.
You can choose to display Assistant Messages when using One Stop Order Processing.
You can configure all of the messages shown by selecting the Assistant
Messages Options by selecting the Manage Assistant Messages options
under the Tools menu.
One Stop Order Processing allows you to import and process orders for Ebay, Amazon, SellerDeck, Shopify, Magento, osCommerce, BigCommerce, RomanCart, eBid, XCart, Oxatis, Groupon, Wowcher, Paypal, Cdiscount. ekmpowershop, Etsy, Flubit, OpenCart, PinnacleCart, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Weebly, ChannelAdvisor, ASOS Marketplace, OnBuy, Mighty Deals , Mail Order and Telephone Sales
