Order Details Shipping Page
The key order shipping information is displayed. This can be used
to quickly check the status of the order. To edit the details by clicking on
the Edit order details.
Shipping method
You can amend the shipping method. This will then become the default shipping
type for the next manually created order.
Shipping Instructions
You can add or amend the shipping details (that would normally appear on the
packing label , packing slip).
Date Shipped
You can click on the Ship button to ship the order. This also creates a shipped
date. Once the order has been shipped you can change the date.
Shipping Information
Details to use for Sales Channels (e.g. Ebay)
These are the values that will be sent to your Selling Channels when they are marked as shipped. You can default these values in the Shipping Options. If required you can then change these on each order.
Courier to use
The Courier to send the item with. You can use this order's value in an email, invoice, packing list or purchase order by using the [%COURIER%] value.
Service:
The tracking number to be used for the relevant courier. You can use this order's value in an email, invoice, packing list or purchase order by using the [%TRACKING_ID%] value.
Tracking no:
Any additional information that you want to include for the customer or is needed for the relevant courier. You can use this order's value in an email, invoice, packing list or purchase order by using the [%TRACKING_INFO%] value.
Sending consignment details directly to couriers (This feature is available in Professional, Premium and Enterprise versions of One Stop Order Processing)
When the Courier and Service have been setup, either by selecting the details from the list or using the rules you can send the details to the Courier, Print the label (or Cancel the label).
When a label is created you can preview the label and if not correct can be cancelled and re-submitted.
You can setup the rules to automatically choose the correct Courier and Service in the Courier Options
