The upload options describe how and when the site will be uploaded to your website.
You can decide if an upload of your web site is required. To update the stock levels on your website select either the Always upload catalog, Upload if a new order has been placed or upload if a product is out of stock options.
If you only want to upload your website once a day, select the Always upload catalog option and create an action (in the Scheduler tab) to run the Upload task at the required time.
When doing an upload you can select either to just update your site (the default) or do a full refresh. Updating your site will only upload any changes made (for stock levels etc.). Refreshing your site will upload all the files to your site, whether they have been changed or not.
If you use stock control on your website and you want to make sure that customers can not order more than the current stock level check this option.
