The Print Reports order processor prints up to 10 copies of the Packing List, Invoice and Data Entry Report. If the report is selected you can enter the number of copies to print. You can also select which printer to send the report to. This can be useful if you one of reports uses a specialist paper.
If you are using Actinic V8 (or later) and are using Integrated Label Paper (available from www.integratedlabels.co.uk ) you can choose to include 1 or labels on your invoice.
If you want to use your custom report text you should select the Use Actinic report text prompts option (under Print options). You can also choose to Show Product references in the reports produced.
If you are using Batch Order Processing for Actinic with Automation for Actinic you may have a different invoice for each site (for example, with a different company logo). If the Reports in Actinic site directory option is selected the various reports will be looked for in the Actinic Site directory rather than the main Actinic directory.
