You can use OpenCart with One Stop Order Processing by using one of the following method

1 Install the following extension

They provide a demo login so you can see how it works before purchasing their add on.

2 After installing the extension to export the orders do the following:

3 Login to your OpenCart shop

4 Select the Reports->Sales->ADV Orders menu option

5 Setup any order filtering required and then select the Export button

6 Select the XLS button on the (all details) order export.

7 Open the saved file in Excel (or other XLS file reader), shown below:



8 Save the file as a CSV file (CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv) format

9 If you create a new import format using the OSOP format (in the Import Orders dialog)

10 In the options, tick use OSOP compatible header for order import file.

11 Put in a value of

Order ID,Order date,Invoice number,Invoice Company,Invoice Email,NA,Item ID,SKU,Item title4,Item title,Item title2,Item title3,NA,NA,Currency,Item price,Item quantity,Item tax,Item total,Sub-total,NA,NA,Total P&P,NA,Discount,NA,Total Tax,NA,NA,NA,Grand total,Shipping method,Payment method,Payment Status,Listed on,NA,Invoice Customer,Invoice Company,Invoice Address line 1,Invoice Address line 2,Invoice Address line 3,Invoice County,Invoice Postcode,Invoice Country,Invoice Telephone,Delivery Customer,Delivery Company,Delivery Address line 1,Delivery Address line 2,Delivery Address line 3,Delivery County,Delivery Postcode,Delivery Country

12 Click OK

You should now be able to import the orders.
