3 To export orders into myHermes tick the relevant orders and select the myHermes view for export.

You will now have a file on your PC in the C:\OSOP folder called myHermes.csv.
Importing your orders into myHermes
1 Login to the myHermes website (https://www.myhermes.co.uk/)
2 From the Home page select the Send a Parcel option, shown below:
3 Select the Import shipments (or use the following link: https://www.myhermes.co.uk/customer/import-shipments.html)

4 On the IMPORT YOUR SHIPMENTS screen click on the CSV IMPORT button, shown below.
5 Click on the Browse button to select the file exported from One Stop Order Processing.

6 After selecting the file click on the Upload File button.

7 Once uploaded (and any issues corrected) you can add these to your basket and print the relevant labels
