Shipping Options

Some of the features are only available in Professional, Premium and Enterprise versions of One Stop Order Processing

Once you have processed your orders you can set various shipping options.

Websites to update when orders are shipped

This feature is only available in Professional, Premium and Enterprise versions of One Stop Order Processing

When orders are shipped update websites with courier details
If you are using Ebayor Amazon and the relevant option is ticked, when click on the Ship Orders on the main screen the shipping details are sent to Ebay. Any Courier and Tracking ID information is also sent to Ebay. If you are using Amazon and tick Wait until shipped is ticked the orders will be marked as shipped only when Amazon confirms that they are shipped (and any orders found with an error not marked as shipped).

NOTE: When you are updating the Amazon website with shipment details AND Wait until shipped is not ticked any errors found are not shown immediately. This is because does not always process requests quickly and can take several minutes. If any errors or warnings are found a message will be shown at the bottom right of the main screen () . This will display any Amazon errors or warnings.

Confirm shipping each time you ship
If you want to
decide whether to mark orders shipped on Ebay, Amazon, Shopify or Magento ASWELL aswell as One Stop Order Processing use this option. If you tick this option you are asked if you want to mark the mark the website order each time you ship orders.

Check for orders shipped by other systems
Tick this option if mark items shipped from Amazon directly or other systems. This will allow One Stop Order Processing to check the shipped status of currently unshipped orders.

Default Courier/Delivery values

By default the courier used by One Stop Order Processing is sent to the various support websites when items are marked as shipped.

If the Override Courier for Amazon, Ebay etc.. or Override Service Info. for Amazon, Ebay etc.. are ticked you can enter values for Courier and Service Info that will be used when sending shipping information to Ebay, Amazon etc.. This can be useful if you want to tell the website a different courier from that chosen, or the text that is required for a courier is different from that used by One Stop Order Processing (e.g. Amazon wants Royal Mail and One Stop Order Processing uses Royal Mail Domestic).

NOTE: You can use macros and formulae in these fields. This can be used to show different couriers, tracking IDs etc. based upon certain rules that you have. For more information on the values and macros refer to the information used for Invoice, Packing Lists and Purchase Orders. If you want to remove any automatically generated tracking numbers you can use the {REMOVE} macro. For example, if you want to not show any tracking numbers generated by MyHermes you can use the following text

#!#[%COURIER_SENT_WITH%][?]MyHermes[{REMOVE}][]#!#

In the above example, tracking numbers from other couriers (e.g. Yodel) will still be sent to Ebay, Amazon, Shopify or Magento.


Customer Feedback comments
You can provide fedback to your customers when the orders are shipped.

Provide positive feedback to customers (for Ebay orders)
If you want to give the customer positive feedback when you ship an order tick this option. When this option is ticked you can use up to 10 different comments to a customer's order. If you want to give customers the same feedback comment each time only fill in one of the comment fields. If you want to give a range of different comments to customers fill up to 10 different comments. By default 5 different comments are filled in. Each time feedback is given to an order the next comments field used is automatically used (and selected).
