One Stop Order Processing Batch Options

This feature is available in Professional, Premium and Enterprise versions of One Stop Order Processing

One Stop Order Processing can be run to automatically run tasks. It can be called from One Stop Order Processing Automation or any windows scheduling process (for example, Windows Scheduled Tasks).

To run One Stop Order Processing you can use the following options from a command line

-B

Run Order Processing in batch mode. This option must be used to use any of the One Stop Order Processsing options.

-F {Filter Name}

Select the orders using any of the stored filters. The first filter that matches the given name is used.

-X

Export the orders using the current view or selected view (using the -V option).

-Q

Exit Order Processing. This should be used so that after performing a task it closes One Stop Order Processing.

-U

Only if no orders found send an email. This option is useful if someone is expecting an email if orders have been found or not found.

-S {Site Name}

Select site name given. This is useful if you want to process orders from different sites.

-C

Select which site to open when One Stop Order Processing starts. This can be useful if you have a site that can take a long time to open and you want to open a different site when One Stop Order Processing starts

-E

Send emails using current message or selected message (using the -T option).

-T {Email Template Name}

Email template to use as message.

-V {View Name}

Start with a specific view.

-A

When sending emails only send 1 email. This can be useful for drop shipping as only 1 email needs to be sent.

-K

Export Packing Lists. These can be included in emails (using the !<folder name) option in the Include file option.

-L

When exporting don't remove the file before adding order details. This is useful if you want to export order details from several files to a single file.

-H

Ship orders. Mark the orders as shipped.

-N

Stop orders being archived. This can be useful when you start One Stop Order Processing and it is taking a very long time because orders are being auto archived.

-D

Print Packing Lists.

-P

Print Invoices.

-M {Email options}

Set the email sender details. This can be useful to send emails from different email accounts. The email options are in the form:
"[{Site}][{SMTP}][{SMTP server}[{SMTP Port}][{Return address name}][{Return email address}][{Server login username}][{Server login password}][{Server Authentication][{SSL}]"

{Site}

The name of the site to get the details from. If left blank all the other values are used to define a new email sender

{SMTP}

A value of 1 means use SMTP settings. If 0 the current MAPI client is used.

{SMTP Server}

The name of the SMTP server, e.g, mail.btconnect.com.

SMTP Port}

The SMTP port name, e.g. 25.

{Return address name}

The name of the email sender, e.g. Customer Services.

{Return email address}

The email address to be used for replies, e.g. support@hut56Lok.co.uk.

{Server login username}

If the SMTP requires authentication use the login name, e.g. admin.

{Server login password}

If the SMTP requires authentication use the password, e.g. dkI93.

{Server Authentication}

The authentication type of the server. You can use the following values.

0	No authentication needed (no values in Server login name or password needed).
1	CRAM MD5 authentication needed.
2	Normal login details needed
3	Login details send in plain text
4	NTLM login authentication

If in doubt use a valule of 0. If you receive an error use a value of 2. If this does not work use 3, then 4.

SSL

SMTP server type. If your server uses SSL use a value of 1 or a value 0 if not.

-J

Turn off Windows Ghosting. Use when windows says there are problems with One Stop Order Processing not responding.

-G

Send orders to courier. This can be used to generate (and print if setup) courier labels at specific times. If this option is used with a Filter (Stored Filter) you can select individual orders or courier services. For example, just create labels for Royal Mail Large Letters.

-O

Do not show any orders on startup

-Z

Use One Stop Order Processing FastPick mode

Examples

Print all invoices using a filter that selects all orders not printed.

Export all unshipped orders to a UKMail format (so that XTend can automatically pickup the consignments and print out labels).

1. Create a filter that only shows unshipped orders (called UNSHIPPED).
2. Create an export view for UKMail .
3 .Create a batch file (called ProcessOrders.CMD). Put the following into the batch file.

IL_OSOP.exe -B -F "UNSHIPPED" -X -V "XTend" -Q
IL_OSOP.exe -B -F "UNSHIPPED" -H -Q

The batch file changes to the One Stop Order Processing (OSOP) folder and runs OSOP first to export the orders to a file, then again to mark the orders as shipped so that they won't be processed again.
